Update: due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our upcoming Texas Road Show and Demo Event, which was going to take place on April 14 and 15, has been postponed. The well-being of ProAll’s clients, employees and partners is our primary concern. In light of global precautions concerning the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we are taking prudent measures to safeguard the health and wellness of the entire ProAll family.
Though our head-office and assembly plant will remain open, it will do so at a reduced capacity. Our parts department will continue to operate and ensure the patented ProAll quality is maintained throughout this crisis. Administrative staff will also be available to answer any and all matters you may have concerning production, parts, sales and customer service.
As we take steps to combat the outbreak, we are focused on minimizing potential disruptions to our clients and customers. Though we don’t see any immediate impact to existing orders, we, like all of you, are learning through this process and patience will be key.

The global supply chain has been impacted due to the COVID-19 outbreak, which has led to disruptions in shipping services. We are working closely with our customers to determine any potential impacts or delays. We are also verifying our suppliers’ ability to supply raw materials for production and manufacturing.
